The best pizza I've ever eaten!

We ate some very good pizzas. Well done, because there are a lot of people waiting... and it can't always be easy. Keep up the good work.

We're a little more disappointed each time… we go there often, but the wait is getting longer and longer. We called at 7 pm to order and were told to come at 8:30 pm. When we arrived, we waited 35 minutes in the cold, and I got sick… No compensation whatsoever, barely a half-hearted apology… It's a real shame because the pizzas are good.

We've eaten these pizzas several times, and about half the time it was fine. We're not sure we'll go back because the last two times it wasn't... The pizzas aren't always what you ordered; it seems like they mix up the orders, and if you ask for an ingredient less, you have to repeat it many times before they understand. For example, we ordered two identical pizzas (Alsatian tart), and one had cherry tomatoes on top that seemed to come out of nowhere (not listed on the menu), while the other didn't. The owner is very nice, but the staff seems to change very often, and in particular, a new intern didn't seem to want to work… Her attitude was unprofessional; she was constantly underfoot, opening a can of beer and drinking in front of the impatient customers, removing the walnuts from the pizza (which had been ordered without walnuts) and putting them back in the box, eating a few in the process, and putting so much honey on the pizza that it all dripped onto my clothes when the boxes were being carried. I was given an appointment for 9:30 pm and waited half an hour to be served at 10 pm. I offered to come back later, but they said, "No, no, we're making them now," but I still waited a good half hour in the cold. They also didn't offer hot sauce or include it in the boxes. It's a shame because the pizzas themselves aren't bad, but every time there's something wrong and I think this could be fixed with good staff and better organization.

The empanada-style pizza was undercooked. It wasn't cooked through. The ingredients were thrown in haphazardly: the egg was raw, the meat was tasteless and unseasoned, and the onions were piled on top and practically raw. In short, a tasteless pizza. Luckily, I had a side salad... The person on the phone seemed overwhelmed and didn't seem particularly motivated to serve us. In short, I definitely don't recommend it.
