"We don't cut pizzas here." You're absolutely right to answer your customers that way and let them figure it out with a knife at the counter... Fine, you don't want to cut takeout pizzas. But giving me a knife to do it myself at the counter shows you have no business working in a restaurant because you have absolutely no concept of customer service!

I tried to order a pizza on Saturday night around midnight and received no response, even though the hours indicated 1:00 AM. Please consider changing them.

Good and consistent pizza

We ordered takeaway pizzas for the second time: the first time everything went well, the person was friendly on the phone and the pizzas were very good (thankfully, given the price). Tonight, we ordered our pizzas and asked for arugula on one of them: an extra €1 for salad, considering the pizza was €16. My husband then asked if they could cut it for us: the person said no, they would lend us a pizza cutter and we would have to do it ourselves… Given the pizzeria's reputation, and considering the prices of the pizzas, the least they could do is be a little more customer-oriented and friendly. We won't be back…

Excellent service, professional team and very good pizzas

Absolutely fantastic pizzas! 🍕 I'd heard so much about them, I just had to go and try them out. They're amazing, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The pizza dough is special, and I've never tasted anything so good. I highly recommend this restaurant to all pizza lovers. We'll definitely be back! Bravo!

It's a shame, the pizzas are excellent but the service is really bad.
