Hello, I bought a sandwich around 11:30 am, expecting a fresh and crispy product. However, the bread was soggy, and as a former bakery saleswoman, I know perfectly well how to distinguish between freshly baked bread and day-old bread. I find it regrettable that a sandwich clearly made with day-old bread is sold at the regular price of €5.95. The least they could do is inform the customer and give them the choice between a fresh, daily-baked sandwich at the usual price or a day-old sandwich offered at a reduced price. So I paid the price of a fresh sandwich for a day-old one, which is very disappointing.

Hello, I bought a raspberry tart from your bakery and unfortunately noticed that one of the raspberries was moldy (photo available). I wanted to let you know so you can pay more attention to quality control, especially for fresh food products. I also had the impression that the tarts might have been prepared several days in advance. I am providing this constructive feedback to prevent other customers from experiencing the same problem.

Very mixed feelings… We ordered sandwiches, but unfortunately they were wrapped in plastic film, which turned the bread into a soggy mess. It's a real shame, especially in a bakery where you expect at least a bit of a crust. And the selection is very limited. As for the service, one of the saleswomen was quite sour, openly complaining, even about her colleagues. This is rather unpleasant as a customer. It's very regrettable; we would like to find the skill and passion of a TRUE artisan baker here.

I went by at 3:17 PM today. The bakery was closed; there was a sign on the door saying "pause until 3:20 PM." I waited until 3:25 PM and it still wasn't open. For a bakery, that's not normal.
