A good restaurant, lovely decor. The best part was the air-conditioned dining room, perfect during the heatwave. Quality ingredients, delicious dishes.

We received a very warm welcome despite arriving late. We highly recommend the beef tataki.

Awful, avoid at all costs! Having come to this establishment to watch a World Cup match, the waiter refused to serve us beer, claiming "the keg was empty." He did, however, serve us cocktails (which weren't good, by the way...). Meanwhile, other tables were being served beer... seriously, avoid this place! P.S.: The waiters seemed genuinely drunk...

The service during the World Cup match was appalling. There was only one person at the bar and a single server who kept avoiding customers and refused to serve beer, claiming there were problems with the keg, even though the keg worked perfectly fine for serving his colleagues at the bar. The service was unpleasant and the attitude towards customers was condescending. The staff seemed more drunk than the customers themselves. To be honest, the bar wasn't even crowded; it was quite reasonable. Disappointed, I don't recommend it.

We wanted to eat lunch today (3 adults and 4 children) but were politely asked to eat elsewhere because "it's not interesting for them..." Being from Annecy, we were very disappointed... Thank you to your neighbors, the restaurant L'Etage, for having us.

An authentic and welcoming atmosphere. Bénédicte is very friendly.

The wait was too long, the service was poor, and the dish was overpriced for what it was.

The food was a disaster, the burger bun was rock hard, they served us beer after the meal, and the double smash burger was nothing like a double smash. No one asked how we wanted it cooked, and the sides were just mediocre. Avoid at all costs.

Maybe going on a Sunday was wrong, but it was empty. The waitress was nice, but it took 90 minutes for our food to arrive and there was one other party in the restaurant. The food itself wasn’t great. The descriptions in the menu were quite different from the actual food. The steak was small and grisly. The chicken and potatoes were decently good. The “little gem salad” was romaine with bottled balsamic vinaigrette. The fries seemed to be bought elsewhere. The tables were a bit sticky and on arrival we had to search around for the staff.

What a fantastic restaurant. We had 3 courses and all the food was absolutely delicious. Service was really good, very attentive and polite. We would highly recommend this place.
