Excellent restaurant, fast service, very welcoming, clean, and above all, delicious food. We tried the tacos and the pizzas. I couldn't finish the pizza, but I was able to take the rest to go. Even reheated in the oven that evening, it was still incredibly good! Best place in Annecy!

What can I say? The reviews say the food is supposedly good and the service is great. Now, if we look at the reality, none of that is true. The prices of the set menus, as well as everything else, are simply outrageous. For five people, we paid around 90 euros, even though we ordered very little. You could argue that's reasonable for five people, but in other restaurants, the maximum price has never exceeded 75 euros. The food is supposedly homemade, but that's not really what I experienced. Everything was frozen. The homemade quality is quite noticeable and tangible when it's actually homemade. We ordered a cheese naan just to try it out. 11 euros for a frozen naan with very little cheese! Even in other restaurants, cheese naans are more generously filled without being as expensive. The service could have been better; there's no real connection between the customer and the restaurant owner, even though other restaurants have self-service kiosks, though the service is generally better. One of the only positive points was the pizza, which was actually good and quite large for the price. In my opinion, this restaurant could have offered something a little different from what's available in Annecy. There are plenty of restaurants that do the same thing without being expensive. If this review, or others, are taken into account, there's certainly a chance it could be a success!

We ordered on the machine and waited 30 minutes, only to then be told the machine does nothing but write down your order and you still have to go up and order. After waiting another 20 minutes after the fact, we are only then told something from our order was unavailable. Not only that, but when we finally got our order after 1 hour of waiting, it still ended up wrong and we were not given sauce. Horrible service and bad food.

Generally, when I see places offering pizzas, naans, tacos, etc., I think the place is questionable. Well, when I tried the one in the capital, I was wrong. Everything is incredible, made with quality ingredients. The naans, pizzas, tacos, and their rolled sandwich are amazing too—the dough is incredible. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good snack in Annecy!

Hello, Today I went to dinner at La Capital, a restaurant in Annecy... I was pleasantly surprised by their very warm welcome and excellent service. The staff made me feel at ease right away, and I felt confident about what I was going to enjoy! In terms of taste, I found excellent, quite pronounced flavors. It was frankly very good and very satisfying. You certainly won't have made the trip for nothing. I highly recommend this place! Mr. Imad

A warm welcome and he made Alezes feel very comfortable; he knew how to come to the customers' needs and they were very friendly and smiling, and I also felt very comfortable in Alezes as if I were in Turkey, in my homeland.
