Food first: - Le Mixte sandwich is incredible. Bread is crunchy and the ham and cheese amazing - Le Montagnard (?) with coppa and baguette w/ poppy seeds: fantastic - the éclair was smooth, not too sweet, and amazing filling - the tarte w/ strawberries was unexpectedly even better than the éclair. You know how usually pastry shops get it wrong: the dough is too goey, the custard is overly sweet, the strawberries are not fresh and tasty? Paul got everything right. Incredible setting by a canal. Really nice service: politely asked what language I wanted to use (spotting I was not French) and continued in French when prompted - this is rare. Please keep it up.

Delicious pastel de nata

I keep coming back each day We stay in Annecy for the cheese and tomato sandwich. Such genius in the simplicity. Wildly succulent it must be the Best sandwich on the planet!!! Also both the coffee and service are first rate in my experience and the place is gorgeous with flowing water right outside.

Delicious baked goods in the heart of Annecy! We visited PAUL in Annecy Centre and were very satisfied. The baguettes and croissants were truly excellent – ​​just as you'd expect. The pastries were also absolutely delicious. A great place to find French treats!

A pleasant setting for relaxing on the terrace. I also appreciate the staff, who are always very friendly.

You pay for the terrace with its broken, dirty tables that you have to clear yourself. I didn't understand the point. The coffee is good, the pastries too, although they're defrosted, and I'd like to see the storefront decorated in a Parisian style with plastic flowers that contribute to the pollution of the lake.

They want us to pay extra for a patio meal when the tables are dirty and half are broken? Homeless people are begging, so it's impossible to enjoy ourselves. And the prices keep getting higher for smaller portions. And we have to clear the table ourselves.

A pretty good place for a quick meal in Annecy 🤭 I was surprised to suddenly hear Korean being spoken 🌱 They even packed up the leftover bread so beautifully hehehe I went twice, and while the bread was delicious, the incredibly friendly staff made me feel even better!! It’s a place I want to visit again next time I go to Annecy 🐷🔥
