Friendly staff. For packages received in the morning, even if there's a notification, don't go until the afternoon because they have a lot to sort.

I see a lot of negative comments about the collection point, but personally I find them efficient, ready to help whenever they can, and going the extra mile to satisfy the customer!

I find the comments a bit excessive. And it's sad that the packages reflect the state of a restaurant… anyway. I just wanted to say that I received two packages that arrived on different days in less than two minutes. So people are expressing their dissatisfaction for nothing. Personally, I say: top-notch organization! Well done for all the packages arriving in order! And thank you for being willing to receive our packages within such a wide time window!

Vinted parcel handling was quite fast, as was the shipping.

Avoid this location. This collection point loses your packages. There is no after-sales service. The staff is unpleasant and the place is dirty.

We waited a long time, then left without our package, came back the next day and the same thing happened again... Or we were served after 20 minutes. What a shame.

It is with a heavy heart that I am leaving a negative review, and this is my first. I ordered through Uber Eats, but unfortunately, the order was incorrect; it wasn't meant for me. I drove back myself because I couldn't reach you to request a replacement order. I also asked for a gesture of goodwill, which you refused (I offered to convert the tacos into a meal deal, which would have included two fries and two drinks as compensation for the inconvenience). I feel that your refusal demonstrates a lack of both human decency and customer service, which is a real shame. I hope my review will encourage you to improve and adopt a more appropriate approach. And the tacos that were remade were practically empty of meat; even the filling was missing—maybe ten pieces of chicken at most.

I'm not complaining about the restaurant, but the pickup point! It's a disaster. I received a notification that my package was available, I showed up in the evening (almost 6 hours later), and they told me I had to come back the next day because it wasn't ready! I drove 30 kilometers for nothing; it's unacceptable.

Always problems!! Whether it's with the restaurant or the pickup point! Several times I've sent my boyfriend to get me a kebab, he comes back and it's not what we ordered in the bag; for example, we end up with a tiny burger instead... We live 15 minutes away, so obviously we're not going back... So now we won't be picking up food from you anymore. And for the pickup point, several times we've been asked to come back either because they can't find our package or because they haven't unpacked yet. How can I put it? Having to drive another 30 minutes because you're disorganized is clearly unacceptable.

I'm only talking about the pickup point. It's always the same thing... waiting for unsorted packages the same day... I don't recommend it.
