Excellent dinner Beautiful setting A bit pricey at €160 for two people including aperitifs, one shared starter, two main courses, and a bottle of wine

We went there as a family. At reception, everything was perfect (the parking, the table offer, etc.). However, when we sat down, the waitress was in a huge hurry to finish her shift. We barely had time to choose our food and drinks before she was already there waiting. My father-in-law hadn't finished his plate when she came to ask if we were done (at that point, we said no), and then a minute later she came back saying, "Everything was fine..." and started clearing away the empty plates. UNACCEPTABLE! For dessert, we asked her what was on the menu, and she replied that it changed all the time and she couldn't tell us… We were practically ushered out of our table! 😂 After she left, we were served by a really lovely lady. It's a shame she wasn't our server from the start… We were able to enjoy the gardens after our rushed meal, and it was really pleasant… Thanks anyway, except to our server!

A huge disappointment despite the exceptional setting. The setting and the view of Lake Annecy are magnificent, but unfortunately, this is not enough to compensate for a very disappointing experience. To begin with, we waited quite a long time before our order was taken. The aperitifs (a Kir Royal and a mojito) finally arrived accompanied by four mini wafers with tapenade. Barely 30 seconds later, stopwatch in hand, our starters arrived: foie gras and six oysters for €22. I pointed out to the waiter that it was a shame to serve the starters practically at the same time as the aperitif. His response was that he could remove the wafers and that it wasn't "a big deal" since the starters were cold... Except that in the middle of a heatwave, with temperatures exceeding 30°C at 8 pm, the oysters were already lukewarm, and the foie gras had to be eaten during the aperitif. Another unacceptable point: the glasses of white and rosé wine only arrived at the beginning of the main course. The dishes were equally disappointing. The Arctic char (€38) and the pasta with clams (€34) arrived cold, tasteless, and in no way justified their price. We didn't even finish our plates, it was so bad. Very disappointed, we skipped dessert. This evening was supposed to celebrate my wife's 72nd birthday. Only two coffees were offered to us after I expressed my dissatisfaction, a gesture appreciated but woefully inadequate given the overall experience. My son had recommended Le Petit Paradis restaurant in Angon, where he had been very satisfied. We preferred to try Chez Ma Cousine to form our own opinion. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. What a shame, because with such a location and view, one expects the food and service to match. Sadly, this was not the case. We will not be returning and do not recommend this establishment. Final bill without dessert: €181 for two people

We visited today with our family and had reserved a table right by the water. The location on the lake is fantastic, and the staff was very attentive. The food we ordered met our expectations perfectly. Delicious! We highly recommend it and would love to visit again.

Excellent family lunch. Great quality children's area. Private beach with the option to play pétanque and have a swing.

A very nice place. Efficient and friendly service. The meats are excellent and the vegetables delicious. The Korean salad was less impressive. A great evening!

We shared a meal for two in the evening, and we were delighted with our table (we had requested one near the water). The food was delicious. Our only slight complaint was that the side salad hadn't been rinsed properly. And if I may suggest, adding small solar-powered candles to the tables in the evening would create an even cozier atmosphere. A wonderful discovery!

We had a wonderful meal; the dishes and desserts were full of flavor. The view of the lake is magnificent, and the servers are very pleasant. A highly recommended restaurant.
