I rarely post reviews. Because quality and enjoyment are subjective. But honestly, this is a 20/20. The breadth of the menu, the skill of the owner, the exceptional friendliness, and the pizza place itself: it's hard to find better. Especially in Doussard...

We received a very friendly and warm welcome, even without a reservation. Nice cold beer and plenty of food to choose from. The pizzas are stone-oven-baked and quite large. We'll be back. Highly recommended.

Yesterday afternoon, during my bike ride, I made a pit stop at Garage du Bieres. It didn't seem to be open at 3:00 PM, so I asked if they were already open. I was warmly welcomed by the bartender, who explained the selection of draft beers to me. They have many bottled beers and only a few on tap. The decor is rugged and alternative. Atmospheric. They have a small, compact terrace by the main road. Dinner starts at 6:00 PM, I understood. We are going to try that this holiday. P.S. While you're there, pay a visit to the adjacent cheese shop with specialties from Savoie.

A stop on our way to our holiday destination because we liked the place and wanted to eat at the end of the lake. And what a great find! The decor is as friendly as the staff. If you're passing through and they still have Pin-Up pizza, try it! 😉 And their burger is amazing! 😋 My husband's pizza was loaded with toppings, and he even had a little trouble finishing it, but his sweet tooth helped him get through it. In short, if you're ever in the area, stop by! 😉
