I've been getting all my pizzas here for years, and it's always been the same quality; I've never been disappointed. Since their exorbitant price increase, I go much less often, but the real problem is the quality, which has declined along with it. When I say quality, I'm mainly talking about the taste. Even the historical discount points for each pizza now have an expiration date... The Pepone spirit is sadly gone. We won't be going back, and we won't be recommending it to our friends like we used to. Also, I strongly advise against the American pizza, which is absolutely pointless: no meat, tasteless cheddar cheese, and the barbecue sauce overpowers everything in every bite, making it extremely unpleasant to eat. I gave it 5 stars a long time ago; I hope they'll change their minds soon...

Over 20 minutes late, bordering on food poisoning, a poor welcome, and staff who should try to be friendlier. All the pizzas tasted the same; in short, avoid this place.

Terrible, late, poor service, one bottle of chili pepper offered for every 10 pizzas, no gesture of goodwill. Pizza undercooked and caused mild indigestion. Goodbye

It's always a great pleasure to pick up my pizzas at Pepone's! Thierry is lovely, warm, and always has a smile on his face! And the pizzas are excellent, not to mention his homemade desserts 🤩👌

Thank you to the team at La Balme de Sillingy for their friendliness and responsiveness! A top-notch team, always smiling and very helpful! Fast service, and you're guaranteed a delicious meal! The best pizzas! I came this Friday, May 8th, and ordered an Americano, but actually... they're all excellent!!

Fantastic experience at Pepone! The staff are truly excellent: welcoming, friendly, and professional – a real pleasure. The pizzas are superb, generously topped, and bursting with flavor. The atmosphere is very pleasant, even if you're just picking up a takeaway order. We had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend it!
