It's a shame the service has deteriorated so much since this restaurant opened. If you want to be served, you have to constantly flag down the waitresses, who otherwise ignore you. And don't be in a hurry, because the dishes arrive at the table in dribs and drabs. The same goes for takeaway pizzas: they start throwing them out the moment you arrive to pick them up, so you're in for at least a 20-minute wait… It's a shame because we used to have many pleasant evenings there, but the service is no longer up to par, especially considering the prices are quite high for pizzas…

A very warm welcome, all the staff were very friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Generous portions, osso buco, pasta, dessert. And on top of that, a little concert on the terrace – a lovely evening. We'll be back.

A wonderful experience. A truly great time. A warm welcome. The team's enjoyment of working together and serving you is palpable. The dishes are expertly prepared and beautifully presented. It's a far cry from the tourist traps of Annecy! You can go there without hesitation. Thank you to the Basta Cosi team 🙏

We came to get takeaway pizzas one evening, it was great! Everyone really enjoyed it. Plus, the service was excellent ☺️

I ordered a Caesar salad and there were anchovies in the dressing. I pointed out to the waitress that it wasn't listed on the menu and that I didn't eat any because I hate them. The restaurant's response? A 10% discount on my salad, making it €1.80. Shameful! They might as well have done nothing at all. I was astonished that they let me leave their restaurant on an empty stomach. Unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

Outrageous. €50 for 3 pizzas. The pizzas are ridiculously small and the price keeps getting higher. Both the quality and quantity have really gone downhill.

Italian restaurant with amazing pizzas, but the service isn't up to par. We had three different people come to ask for our order each time; clearly, they weren't communicating with each other.

A very good place, delicious food, very pleasant waitresses who take great care of the children, offering coloring activities, puzzles, etc. We highly recommend it and we will be back.
