I ordered a veggie wrap as I don't eat meat, and I ended up with a stale wrap full of chicken nuggets. It's unacceptable to be so careless. Please respect vegetarians. You can ask your colleague in the kitchen at 4:40 PM on July 24, 2026, why they didn't pay attention to this. Otherwise, the other employees were still respectful and helpful.

Fast service (less than 5 minutes even though we ordered a personalized order), smiling staff, clean restaurant with a nice view, and excellent fries (first time we've ever had that at McDonald's)!!!!!

On vacation at Lake Annecy, grabbing a nice bite to eat at McDonald's. This is a fine McDonald's, very fast service. Although it was very busy, the atmosphere was great, everything was under control and fast. Very friendly staff. And clean tables, very different from in Almelo or Hengelo in the Netherlands. And always have a choice; the products are different than in the Netherlands, the ice creams have different flavors. Always fun!

Above all, if you order at the kiosk, be sure to specify that you want your coffee AFTER YOUR MEAL. McDonald's doesn't allow any room for error and refuses to delay your coffee service. In short, you're only allowed to drink it lukewarm and be satisfied with your experience. Enjoy!

Not to mention the wait time, I felt like I was on a construction site eating my concrete egg McMuffin! There would have been a better atmosphere at Castorama 🤔

Sticky, dirty floor and service too slow for a fast food restaurant at 9:30 PM; it took over 20 minutes to be served.

Without a doubt the worst McDonald's we have ever visited. Almost all of the self-order kiosks were out of service, leaving only one working, which caused a long queue. We ordered a Happy Meal with a toy, but instead received a French children's book. We are Dutch tourists, and our children cannot read French. When we asked if it could be exchanged for a toy, we were told that there were no toys left. I also ordered a Boba drink, but no straw was provided. When we asked for one, we were first told there were no straws available. Then an employee asked to see our receipt before giving us a straw, as if they didn't believe we had actually ordered the drink. There were also no napkins with our meal. The restaurant was extremely dirty. The toilets were filthy, the area around the bins and tray return was messy, and the floor was sticky and dirty throughout the restaurant. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, an employee carrying a children's high chair walked straight into our three-year-old daughter. Fortunately, she wasn't seriously hurt, but it was upsetting and showed a lack of attention to customers. We had promised our children a McDonald's during our holiday; otherwise, we would have walked out. This experience was incredibly disappointing and far below the standard we expect from McDonald's.
