Royal Pizza

25 minutes late compared to the announced time. During this time, one of the pizzas was already prepared and waited almost 20 minutes before the rest of the order was finished. As a result, it arrived cold, and there was no way to properly reheat it in the oven because of the ham, mozzarella, and arugula added on top after baking. In the end, very disappointing pizzas and disorganized service.

The prices don't match the photos... it's much more expensive

The pizza was good, but it was 30 minutes late, even though we had called to order and confirm the pickup time. When I arrived, the cashier took a good 5 minutes to say "hello" and tell me the pizza was being prepared. A pizza takes 5 minutes to make, including cooking time... not 30 minutes. Furthermore, during this time, she was offering drinks to regulars to apologize for the delay, but nothing to everyone else. The pizza was okay, but the organization and service need serious improvement.
