A beautifully situated chalet high up in the mountains, a good place to stock up on supplies. The setting is magnificent, the service is quick and pleasant.

A superb place, well worth the effort. The welcome was friendly. The cheese platter was well-served.

Hearty mountain menus with quality ingredients at reasonable prices 👍👍. Very friendly and efficient service. A wonderful moment of relaxation in a beautiful and authentic natural setting. Keep up the good work! I highly recommend it! 🙏😋😉

A nice cold beer after the Tournette hike, the waitress was very friendly and took our order as soon as we arrived, all with a magnificent view of Lake Annecy

We had a wonderful time at Chalet de l’Aulp! The people were absolutely lovely, and the food was delicious! I had the tartiflette, the best I've ever had!! The staff even came to sing "Happy Birthday" to us with our cake, which was so sweet!! I recommend it 200%! Just a heads-up about the parking lot downstairs: when it's full, the police ticket cars parked further down… Go for it!

We had reserved a table for two people and a baby. Upon arrival, I asked if it would be possible to have a table near the grass so our son could play safely on the grass rather than the pebbles, as I didn't want him to choke on the gravel from the terrace. The waitress told us it wasn't possible without explaining why. When we left, there were still empty tables for two near the grass! I regret the lack of humanity and helpfulness; the waitresses are very young, so there's no compassion when you come as a family with children. Otherwise, the food is good, with quality cheese and charcuterie. However, for much better service and a good meal, I recommend going to La Clé des Anes in the Aravis mountains. You'll be much better received there, and the prices are much more reasonable.
